Executive Summary

Blockchain is a distributed database, it keeps growing as new sets of records are added to it. It’s not managed by any particular organization, but instead distributed between network participants.

Information on a blockchain is encrypted and preserved forever, and each data entry contains a timestamp and a link to the previous one, which forms “a chain”. This renders it impossible to manipulate the information on this database.

According to the Employer Survey on LinkedIn in 2020, blockchain was the #1 demanded skill. This is a significant indication that the blockchain industry is rapidly growing and will continue its exponential growth over the next decade.

Libonomy’s mission is to provide developers, enterprises and government entities with the best decentralized network of the 21st century. With the redesigned blockchain’s architecture and the invention of artificial intelligence-governed engine, we are able to sustain the demands and requirements of today as well as not become outdated in the future.

Peter Davin

A true entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in building innovation companies and developing them into global start-ups. Peter has experience as a CEO in Visma, HIQ and Cryptzone, which he introduced on Nasdaq First North. Peter will act as acting active chairman of the board.

The board was hand-picked and from the beginning we have aimed to put together a dynamic “A-team” that can contribute with ideas, create momentum and open new doors. I look forward to working with the new board to drive the group and its companies forward and upwards.

Håkan Bäckman

CEO of Amfix. Håkan has solid experience of management, sales and financial management in the construction industry. A true entrepreneur who has worked with the founders since the beginning with both ProperSix and Libonomy, in the role of Senior Advisor. Håkan, who is a shareholder in the company, is now taking on an even more active role both as Senior Advisor and the board member.

I have been able to follow the development of the company and its products closely together with the 3 founders, and am extremely proud of what we have achieved to date. Now that the company is ready to commercialize its products, I am very grateful that so much experience and commitment has been added to the project in the form of new board members. With their help and the entire team behind the project, we will now show the world the next generation of blockchain technology.
